The Kiwanis Club of Norfolk’s Charity Selection Committee carefully screens applications from local organizations seeking a share of the money raised each year as a result of the Harbor Party and Seafood Feast. The Committee makes sure the non-profits manage their money well and use the funds for their intended purpose. From Harbor Party proceeds, Edmarc Children’s Hospice has purchased a new van, CHKD has a mobile intensive care unit and there is a room in the Ronald McDonald House, thanks to the generosity of the Kiwanis Club of Norfolk and its friends.
