ABOUT THE KIWANIS HARBOR PARTY AND SEAFOOD FEAST:

It started as a way to raise money for local children’s charities, expose the community to their elected officials and promote Virginia’s Seafood Industry.
And nearly two decades later, the mission has not changed; but the event keeps growing in quality and stature.
Representatives of the Virginia Seafood Council prepare the feast to highlight the bounty from the Commonwealth’s waters. Delegates, senators, congressmen and women, mayors and councilmen from across the region hobnob with the electorate. And members of the Norfolk Kiwanis Club manage the site, the tents, the entertainment, tickets, sponsorship, marketing and more.
It’s a winning formula, with more than $700,000 netted so far for children’s and family causes in the Hampton Roads area.
Bring your family, the office or your social group to Town Point Park and make the Harbor Party your own Fall Feast.
